Life Lab Pro users can now connect with coaches through the platform. Coaches see your formula scores, habit history, and goals. Sessions are logged and tracked within the system. The coach portal allows practitioners to manage multiple clients, run assessments, and track client progress across the Five Formulas.
Rebuilt the mobile interface from the ground up. Daily check-ins are now one-tap. The habit log loads in under one second on all tested devices. Push notifications for streaks and weekly reviews are now more reliable across iOS and Android. The app installs as a Progressive Web App on all major platforms.
A structured ten-minute weekly session that guides you through reviewing the prior week across all five formulas, acknowledging wins, identifying friction points, and setting three priority habits for the coming week. The weekly review replaces the old manual reflection tool and produces better data for the AI Mentor.
Each formula now has a configurable Pillar page where you articulate why that formula matters to you personally. Pillars create the identity foundation for sustainable habits. Users who complete their Pillar pages show higher 90-day habit retention than those who do not.
